Capabilities
Hammers

Ratings on our power hammers range from 2,000 to 10,000 pounds. With excellent flexibility they can produce an almost limitless variety of configurations up to 16 inches in diameter and approx. 400lbs.

Upsetters

These horizontal forging machines range in size from 3 inches to 8 inches and can form configurations up to 9 inches in diameter. They are typically used in production of drive train products, pinions, shafts and axles.

Presses

High energy presses, delivering up to 5,000 tons of force. Our press lines range from 1600-5000 tons. Our presses feature in-line induction heating, in-line sawing and forging. They can produce forgings weighing from 5 pounds to well over 150 pounds.

Engineering

With our full service engineering department we are prepared to work with you from concept to finished product. Accepting 2D & 3D formats in .step, .dwg, .dxf, .sldprt and more. We are fully staffed and capable of complete in-house design for forging dies as well as production parts. We also utilize the latest simulation software to produce complex part shapes.

Value Added Services

Our products and services go well beyond the forging itself. Utilizing both internal and external supply bases, we are staffed and ready to take on your heat treat and machining needs. With various furnace types and heat treat media, we can process all of your hardening needs. In addition to our full service heat treat capabilities, we can also machine your product from rough turning to finished complete gear cutting.
